Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 December 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 March 2021, I, Jay Clifford, 3 Alma Court, Freshwater, Isle of Wight PO40 9ED Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of James Westbury and assumed the name of Jay Clifford.
