"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Goldstein (IP No. 6880) of Savants Restructuring Limited, Robert Denholm House, Bletchingley Road, Nutfield, Surrey, RH1 4HW be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 8 March 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Mark Goldstein as liquidator.
