This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Joint Administrator's Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee. 3. The approval of the Joint Administrator's fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge.
