Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 2 March 2021 Chris Masterson, Mark Dunfoy, Christopher Jason Gatenby, Wiet Stokhuyzen, Edward Shuckburgh, Daniel Fischer, Daniel Morgan, Frank Loehner, Henry Johnson, Richard Lawrence, Ronan Tunney, Christoph Leitner-Dietmaier, Sophie Hoas, Pawel Czarnowski, Tobias Weltin, Thomas Lloyd-Evans, Claudia Paniker Rumeu and Borut Alexander Bokhove transferred to Minerva Acquisition 1 LP and Minerva Acquisition 3 LP part of the interest held by him/her/it in the Partnership and that with effect from the same date Minerva Acquisition 1 LP and Minerva Acquisition 3 LP each became a limited partner in the Partnership.
