NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
THE FABER MAUNSELL BONUS WAIVER RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS SCHEME
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the trustees of The Faber Maunsell Bonus Waiver Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme (the “Bonus Waiver Scheme”), (also known as the Oscar Faber Bonus Waiver Retirement and Death Benefits Scheme), intend to wind up the Bonus Waiver Scheme following AVIVA taking over the payment of benefits to members as a direct obligation.
Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Bonus Waiver Scheme is requested to send details in writing of their claim or interest in the Bonus Waiver Scheme, including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and date of joining the Bonus Waiver Scheme (if known) to Louise Mills, Pensions Project Manager at Louise.mills@aecom.com or to Louise Mills, HR Shared Services, AECOM Ltd, AECOM House, 63-77 Victoria Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3ER before 10 May 2021. After this date the trustees will proceed to wind up the Bonus Waiver Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they had not had notice.
Please note that if you have received correspondence this year in relation to your membership and AVIVA’s direct obligation in respect of the payment of benefits from the Bonus Waiver Scheme you do not need to take any action in respect of this notice.
This notice does not affect members of the Oscar Faber or Maunsell sections of the AECOM Group Pension Scheme, which is a separate pension scheme and is not in wind up.
