NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Liquidators intends to declare a final distribution.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
