Property: The Property situated at ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situated in the Parish of Iver in the County of Buckinghamshire as the same is more particularly delineated and described in the plan annexed thereto and thereon edged pink and which said piece or parcel of land forms part of the land conveyed to the vendor by a Conveyance dated 20th April 1951 made between Eric Ernest Reed and Thomas Andrew Reed(1) and Hubert Frank Chisman(2) TOGETHER with the rights specified in the last part of the First Schedule thereto and except and reserving the rights specified in the Second part of the First Schedule thereto being the land comprised in the above mentioned Conveyance
