“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian James Corfield (IP No. 8951) and Geoffrey Paul Rowley (IP No. 8919) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
