Apposite Healthcare Fund II L.P.

(the “Partnership”)

NOTICE is hereby given that, on 29 January 2021, Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership, comprising a capital contribution of £300 to the new limited partners as follows:

(i) to Adler II LP comprising a capital contribution of £35.34;

(ii) to Crown Europe Small Buyouts V S.C.S. comprising a capital contribution of £31.81;

(iii) to Crown Global Secondaries V Master SCSp comprising a capital contribution of £185.35; and

(iv) to Crown Premium Opportunistic Strategies I S.C.S., SICAV-RAIF comprising a capital contribution of £47.50 and then subsequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
