Notice is given, under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that Asda Group Pension Scheme Trustees Limited as trustee (the "Trustee") of the Asda Group Pension Scheme ("the Scheme") is in the process of winding-up the Scheme and wishes to trace any persons who were employed by Asda Stores Limited or any associated employers, and were members of the Scheme, or had otherwise previously been members or beneficiaries of the Scheme*.

If you were an employee of Asda Stores Limited or any associated employers, or a spouse/civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased employee, and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme, or if you believe you have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Scheme, and in either case you have not recently been contacted by the Trustee, please contact the Trustee via the Asda Pensions Team by emailing pensionsqueries@asda.co.uk within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the expiry of the two month period, the Trustee will have regard only to claims of which it has prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to it in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.

When contacting the Trustee, please provide your full name, any former names by which you may have been known, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and details of your membership, interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Scheme.

*The Scheme’s previous names are the Associated Dairies Staff Pension Scheme and the Asda Management Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme. It includes former members of the George Davies Partnership plc Staff Pension Plan and the Asda Executive Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme (which itself was formerly known as the Associated Dairies Executive Staff Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme).
