Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person who believes he or she has a claim or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, either of the above pension scheme which commenced winding up on 29 March 2021 by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or other person’s full or part time employment with Company and has not already received a letter from the Trustees of the Scheme, is hereby required to send particulars in writing within one month of the date of publication of this advertisement of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, and date of birth) to:

The Trustees have commenced wind up of the Scheme due to the Scheme being a historical pension arrangement with no active members.

The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled therefore having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
