Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. Vasiliki Tsoutsa has transferred her entire interest in Pharmathen Limited Partnership (the Partnership) to Pharmathen GP1 Limited (the General Partner) with effect from 31 January 2021 and has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership; and

2. the General Partner has transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to Pharmathen LP1 Limited with effect from 31 January 2021.
