1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be as follows;

a) Glading Terrace - Replace 6 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions with a 6 metre permit bay outside Nos. 32 to 34 Glading Terrace.

b) Newnton Close -

(i) Installation of 12 metre estate permit parking bay side of Nos. 1 to 25 Ennerdale House followed by 10 metres of double yellow line “no waiting at any time” restriction followed by 23.8 metres of estate permit parking bay side of Nos. 1 to 25 westwood House. Installation of a 25 metres estate permit parking bay side of Nos. 1 to 25 Allerdale House.

(ii) Installation of a 16 metre estate permit parking bay side of Nos. 1 to 25 Brockhurst House and a 16.4 metre estate permit parking bay side of Nos. 1 to 25 Mendip House.

(iii) Replace 10 metres of double yellow lines “at any time” waiting restrictions with a loading bay.

(iv) Replace 11.9 metres and 19.5 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions with estate permit parking bays.

c) Oldhill Street - Introduce “at any time” loading restrictions outside Nos. 56, 58 and 41 Oldhill Street and the southeastern side of Stamford Grove East (close to its junction with Oldhill Street.

d) Paget Road - Install two 6.6 metres disabled bays outside Nos. 27 and 29 Paget Road.

e) Queen Anne Road - Remove the disabled bay outside No. 17 Queen Anne Road and replace with a permit bay merging existing permit bays.

f) Richmond Road - Replace 1 metres of resident parking bay outside No. 176 Richmond Road with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions.

g) West Bank - Install a 6.6 metres personalised permit bay outside No. 44 West Bank.

h) Wetherell Road - Replace Install a 6.6 metres of permit parking with personalised permit bay outside No. 84 Wetherell Road.

i) Various roads - Amend the traffic orders to ensure that this matches the on-street restrictions on the following road:

(i) Amhurst Park - correction of single and double yellow line restrictions.

(ii) Leonard Street - correction of restrictions following new kerb layout.

3. Documents giving more detailed particulars are available for inspection at: Owing to the Covid-19 pandemic documents are not currently available for inspection at the Hackney Service Centre; however plans for proposed measures can be requested for inspection by emailing streetworks@hackney.gov.uk.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to streetworks@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
