Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 December 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 January 2021 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Evie Moira Hirst-Rhead who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Evie Moira Tatton-Day and assumed the name of Evie Moira Hirst-Rhead.
