Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 August 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 January 2021 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Patience Cope who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Patience Miley and assumed the name of Patience Cope.
