THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Notice is hereby given under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Ascot Lloyd Pension Trust (formerly known as the PFP Group Pension Trust) (the “Trust”) are winding up the Trust with effect from 7 February 2021.
In accordance with the Occupational Pension Schemes (Master Trust) Regulations 2018, assets of the Trust are being transferred to the Salvus Master Trust on 29 January 2021 (unless members have been specifically notified otherwise). The Trustees of the Trust believe they have the names of everyone who had a right to benefits. However, if you think you have an entitlement under the Trust and have not already been contacted by the Trustees in relation to this transfer, please contact the Trustees by post c/o Ascot Lloyd, Scottsdale House, Springfield Avenue, Harrogate, HG1 2HR or email pensions@ascotlloyd.co.uk.
When contacting the Trustees, please provide full name, any former names by which you may have been known, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and name of Employer, together with details of when you were a member of the Trust.
Details must be sent within two months of the date of the publication of this notice. After the expiry of the two-month period, the Trust shall be wound up and the Trustees of the Trust will have regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice. They will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of the publication of this notice.
