THE PIRELLI GENERAL EXECUTIVE PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE FUND (the "Fund") was established by an Interim Trust Deed dated 17 October 1966 and is currently governed by a Supplemental Definitive Deed and Rules dated 20 October 1999 (as amended).

Notice is hereby given that the trustee of the Fund (the "Trustee") intends to wind up the Fund and distribute any assets of the Fund among all persons entitled to benefits from the Fund as at the date it commences wind-up.

Any member, other beneficiary, creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, any assets of the Fund must write to the Trustee of the Fund setting out their full name, address, date of birth and details of their period of employment, or such other details of their claim or interest as appropriate within 2 months of the date on which this notice is published.

After that time, the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Fund.
