At a general meeting of the members of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP on 29 December 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lisa Alford (IP No. 9723) and Chris Parkman (IP No. 9588) both of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same date, Michael Robert Fortune (IP No. 008818) and Carl Derek Faulds (IP No. 008767) both of Portland Business & Financial Solutions, 1580 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AG were appointed as Joint Liquidators in place of Lisa Alford and Chris Parkman.
