Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Argentum NPEP AS transferred the whole of its interest in August Equity Partners IV A LP (the “Partnership”) to Argentum Europe 2016 LLP. As a result, Argentum NPEP AS has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Argentum Europe 2016 LLP has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
