Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act of 1907, that on 07 January 2021 DICK PIGGOTT PENSION TRUST transferred to TALBOT AND MUIR 2016 SIPP RE R PIGGOTT the interest held by it in the MW PRIVATE INVESTORS (105) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership registered in England (registered number LP017165) and with effect from that date TALBOT AND MUIR 2016 SIPP RE R PIGGOTT became a limited partner in the Partnership.
