RIETER AUTOMOTIVE CARPETS LIMITED PENSION FUND

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925

To Members and others claiming a right to benefits under the Rieter Automotive Carpets Limited Pension Fund (the Scheme).

Under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that the Trustees are winding up the Defined Contribution section of the Scheme (the Defined Contribution section of the Scheme commenced wind up on 1 September 2020).

The Trustees believe that they have identified all individuals with a right to benefits under the Scheme, but wish to trace anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of Autoneum (GB) Limited* or their spouse or dependants, who think that they have a claim against the Scheme or an entitlement or interest in the Scheme, and have not heard from the Trustees recently, or been informed of the wind up.

Anyone who believes that they have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme, should write to Rieter Automotive Carpets Limited Pension Fund, care of Cartwright Benefit Consultants Ltd, Marlborough House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1LN and provide full details of their claim, interest or entitlement, together with their full name, address, National Insurance Number, date of birth, dates of employment with Autoneum (GB) Limited, and any relevant papers, to arrive by 12 March 2021.

Commencing two months from the date of this Notice, the Trustees will commence finalising their distribution of the assets of the Defined Contribution section of the Scheme, having regard only to the claims, entitlements and interests of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person whose claim, entitlement or interest they have not by then had notice.
