Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 4 January 2021, HIUT IMC IRR LP (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred 100% of the interest held by it in Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4 LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014601, to Varese IRR LP (the “New Limited Partner”) and that with effect from 4 January 2021, the New Limited Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner, and the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
