Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24/08/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25/11/2020 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Ella Nancy Cooke who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ella Cooke-Tucknott and assumed the name of Ella Nancy Cooke.
