The Company hereby gives notice that company shareholder(s) intend(s) to apply to the court to close or ‘wind-up’ the company.

The Company has not had contact with Mr. Moghbel, Geev Simon (Shareholder and Director of A-Way Partners Limited), for a period of more than 14 months prior to the date of publication of this advertisement and the Company reasonably believes that he cannot be traced without expenditure disproportionate to the value of the member’s shareholding in the Company.

Mr. Moghbel is the only one to have access to company bank accounts and to company financial statements. This is why, in the event that the Company has not received any communication from the Untraceable Director the other shareholders will apply to the court to close or ‘wind-up’ the company.

The Untraceable Shareholder/Director wishing to object should notify the Company in writing at Mr. Butussi Matteo (Address: Mr. Butussi Matteo, Rue de L’Athénée 19, 1206 Genève, Switzerland) immediately and in any event reaching the Company prior to 5.00 pm on 29 January 2021.
