Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to creditors and beneficiaries of the Alliance Trusts’ Pension Plan (the “Scheme”) that Alliance Trust Savings Limited (company number SC098767) whose registered office is PO Box 164, 8 West Marketgait, Dundee DD1 9YP in its capacity as trustee of the Scheme (the “Trustee”) intends to wind-up and distribute the assets of the Scheme. If any person believes that they have a claim against or a beneficial interest in the Scheme by reason of their own or a relative’s or any other person’s membership of the Scheme, or for any other reason, please send details and supporting evidence to customer.relations@alliancetrustsavings.co.uk within 2 months from the publication of this notice. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme. Any person who has already been contacted by the Trustee about transferring their benefits out of the Scheme should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
