Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 November 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19 November 2020, I, Martin James Convey, of 35 Southgrove Avenue, Sharples, Bolton BL1 7HG, Single, British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Martin James Carroll and assumed the name of Martin James Convey.
