Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26/09/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/11/2002 I, Nicola Jane Khadr-Howe, of 18 Hervey Close, London N3 2HD, Married/Civil Partnership, British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Nicola Jane Howe and assumed the name of Nicola Jane Khadr-Howe.
