We, Julie Anne Palmer (IP No. 8835) and Stephen Mark Powell (IP No. 009561) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Units 1-3 Hilltop Business Park, Devizes Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4UF were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 16 December 2019.
