Pursuant to Section 26 of the Trustee Act 1961 (of Tynwald) and Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 notice is hereby given that:

The British Regional Airlines Group Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) is being wound up with effect on and from 1 May 2020.

If you are a creditor of the Scheme, or think you are or were a member of the Scheme or any of the schemes noted below as a result of your employment with Flybe Limited, or any of the employers noted below; and

1) you have not been contacted about the wind-up of the Scheme in May 2020; and

2) you think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee,

then please contact the Trustee of the Scheme at bralgroup.adm@mercer.com or in writing at British Regional Airlines Group Pension Scheme, Care of Mercer Limited, No 4 St Paul’s Square, Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L39SJ.

You should include details of your current address, national insurance number, and of any benefits you think you are entitled to (with such supporting evidence you may have), and provide those no later than 31 January 2021.

If you do not write to the Trustee by 31 January 2021 the Trustee will conclude the wind-up of the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and shall not be liable to any other person.

If you already receive a pension from the Scheme or if you have received a communication regarding the Scheme in May 2020 you do not need to write to the Trustee as they already have full details about your entitlements.

If you are aware of anyone who has not received the May 2020 communication but you think that they may be a creditor or entitled to benefits under the Scheme, please bring this notice to their attention.
