NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 31 July 2020 the Royal Court of Guernsey ordered that the Company be compulsorily wound up pursuant to section 406(e) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008, as amended. Benjamin Alexander Rhodes and James Robert Toynton of Grant Thornton Limited, Lefebvre House, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3TF were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 22 December 2020 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
