Notice is hereby given that I, Simon Gwinnutt (IP No. 8877) of Cirrus Professional Services Limited, Unit E, Wyvern Court, Stanier Way, Wyvern Business Park, Derby, DE21 6BF as Liquidator of the above Company appointed on 4 February 2016, intend to declare a first and final dividend to non-preferential unsecured creditors herein, within a period of two months from the last date of proving.
