ALCENTRA EUROPEAN FLOATING RATE INCOME FUND LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company, duly convened and held at BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 3 November 2020, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benjamin Alexander Rhodes and James Robert Toynton of Grant Thornton Limited, Lefebvre House, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3TF be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators."

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 2 December 2020 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
