NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Para. 52 Schedule B1 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that an initial meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held on Wednesday 25th November 2020 at 10.30am for the purposes mentioned in Para 52 Schedule B1 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.

In order to comply with current government and health care advice during the Covid-19 pandemic a physical meeting of creditors cannot take place. In order to provide creditors with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by telephone conferencing facilities.

In order to make suitable arrangements to ensure that all those wishing to participate are able to take part, creditors are requested to submit their proxy form in advance of the meeting and indicate that they wish to be sent details by email of how they may participate in the meeting at the required time.

Forms of proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of Gildernew & Co Ltd, Six Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AW or sent via email to roisin.mccrory@gildernewandco.com no later than 12.00 noon on the 24th Day of November 2020.
