Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court on 15 October 2020, John Paul
Sugden (IP Number 8064) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the schedule
below and Robert William Sadler (IP Number 9172) of Auker Rhodes Accounting Limited,
Devonshire House, 32/34 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3HZ be appointed as the replacement
Office Holder with immediate effect as set out in the Schedule.
The Order provides that:
The Applicants shall notify creditors (and members where appropriate) in their next
routine report of the making of the Order and provide an explanation of the effects
of the Order.
Any creditors shall be at liberty to apply to vary or discharge the Order within 21
days of the receipt of the notice as referred to above.
