Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, as amended (the "1907 Act"), that Harbert European Growth Capital GP, LP, a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of Alabama, United States of America, has ceased to be the general partner of Harbert European Growth Capital Fund I, L.P., a limited partnership formed under the laws of England and Wales and the 1907 Act (the "Partnership"), and has become a limited partner in the Partnership.
