Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 July 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16 October 2020, I, Jacinta Yeboah, 17 Saint Luke's Crescent, Leeds LS11 8LA, Married/Civil Partnership and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jacinta Obeng-Frimpong and assumed the name of Jacinta Yeboah.
