Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
NATIONAL EXPRESS GROUP STAFF PENSION PLAN
Notice is given, under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee of the National Express Group Staff Pension Plan (previously known as the National Express Limited Staff Pension Plan) ("the Plan") is in the process of winding-up the Plan and wishes to trace any persons who were employed by National Express Group PLC or any associated employers (including, without limitation, National Express Limited and Scottish Citylink Coaches Limited), and were members of the Plan, or had otherwise previously been members or beneficiaries of the Plan.
If you were an employee of National Express Group PLC or any associated employers, or a spouse/civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased employee, and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Plan, or if you believe you have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Plan, and in either case you have not recently been contacted by the Trustee, please contact National Express Group Staff Pension Plan Trustees Limited via the Plan administrations at National Express Pension Department, 51 Bordesley Green, Bordesley B9 4BZ or email Pensions@nationalexpress.com within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the expiry of the two month period, the Trustee will have regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
When contacting the Trustee, please provide full name, any former names by which you may have been known, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and details of your membership, interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Plan.
