“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Appleton (IP No. 8883) and Adam Shama (IP No. 15332) both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”

At the following meeting of creditors held on the same day Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD was appointed as an additional Joint Liquidator.
