Notice is hereby given that an order has been granted by the High Court of Justice as follows:

1. The Applicants be permitted to pool the assets, realisations, costs, fees, expenses and creditor claims of C.H.Lindsey & Son Limited (in Administration), Lindsey Group Limited (in Administration), Lindsey Design Limited (in Administration), Lindsey Installation Limited (in Administration) and Lindsey Maintenance Limited (in Administration) (“the Companies”) for the purpose of the administrations and subsequent liquidations (if applicable) and be at liberty to adjudicate on claims and make a distribution to the Respondent and the preferential creditors of the Companies, and any unsecured creditors in any liquidations.

2. The costs and expenses of the administrations of each of the Companies are to be paid in accordance with the statutory regime of the Insolvency Act 1986 from the assets pooled in accordance with paragraph 1 above.

3. This order shall be advertised in the Gazette within 7 days of the date of this order and a copy of the proceedings comprising the witness statements and application notice dated 19 June 2020 shall be hosted on the Applicants’ creditor portal website for the access by all creditors of the Companies. Each of unsecured creditors of the Companies shall also be given written notice of this order within 7 days of the date of this order and provided with access details to the creditor portal website.

4. Any creditor of the Companies may apply to the Court within 21 days of the date of the advertisement pursuant to paragraph 3 above to vary or discharge paragraph 1 and 2 of this order. Service of such application by any creditor should be made by way of email to the Applicants’ solicitors (info@isadoregoldman.com (reference: SXL/CHA1/22)).

5. The costs of an occasioned by this application shall be costs in the administration of the Companies.
