NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27(1) OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

THE LADBROKES PENSION PLAN (“THE PLAN”)

(prior to 4 April 2006, the Plan was known by the following names during the periods listed below:

The Ladbroke Group Limited 1973 Pension Plan (1 April 1973-31 March 1983)

Ladbroke Group Employee Pension Scheme (1 April 1983-31 December 1998)

The Ladbroke Group Pension Plan (1 January 1999-13 May 1999)

Hilton Group Pension Plan (14 May 1999-3 April 2006))

The Trustee of the Ladbrokes Pension Plan hereby gives notice that the Plan is being wound up.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the Ladbrokes Pension Plan is required to send particulars in writing by 28 December 2020 of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to the Trustee of the Ladbrokes Pension Plan, C/O Lane Clark & Peacock LLP, Franklin House, Church Green Close, Kings Worthy, Winchester, SO23 7TW.

The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Plan having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
