DC SECTION OF THE LEO BURNETT PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that the defined contribution section (“DC Section”) of THE LEO BURNETT PENSION SCHEME (the “Scheme”) commenced winding up on 8 October 2020. The DC Section also includes all benefit entitlement in the Contracted Out Money Purchase Section (COMP).
The Trustee of the Scheme wishes to contact any person who believes that he may be entitled to benefits from the DC Section of the Scheme (which provides benefits on a defined contribution or money purchase basis) and who has not already received written correspondence from the Trustee in relation to the winding up of the DC Section. The Trustee requests that any such member, other beneficiary, creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, any assets of the DC Section send written details of his claim to the Trustee on or before 21 December 2020 at the following postal or email address:

Claimants should include their full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number, details of the employer, period of employment and dates of membership together with any other relevant information to which their claim relates.
After 24 December 2020, the Trustee will complete the winding up of the DC Section and distribute the assets of the DC Section with regard only to the claims and interests of which it has had notice on or before that date. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claim it has not been notified of before that date.
Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustees with regard to this matter need not respond to this notice, as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
The defined benefit section of the Scheme (which provides benefits on a defined benefit or final salary basis) is not being wound up at this time.
