PI LABS II LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that: (i) Pi Partners II Limited Liability Partnership; (ii) Varde Investment Holdings, L.P. - Series Pi Labs; (iii) Yoginvest Ltd; (iv) Glengrace Ltd; (v) Sage Investments Limited; and (vi) Glenwal Technology Investments Ltd (the "Transferors") have each transferred ownership of part of their interests in Pi Labs II Limited Partnership (Registered No. LP017411) (the "Partnership") to KH V Properties 111 Limited ("Transferee") who as a result has been admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership. The Transferors remain limited partners in connection with the remainder of their interests following the transfers.
