Notice is hereby given that annual meetings of members and creditors of Cape Distribution Limited - In Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY on13 November 2020 at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of laying before them an account of the Joint Liquidators' acts and dealings in the conduct of the winding up in the preceding year pursuant to Section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Due to the current restrictions on gatherings under the Health Protection (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020, for the benefit of the member and creditors wishing to attend, the members and creditors will have the option of attending the meeting remotely by way of a conference call. Details of how to access the conference call are included in the notice delivered to creditors. If any creditor has not received this notice or requires further information please contact the Joint Liquidators using the details below.

A member or creditor entitled to attend the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY by no later than 12.00 noon on 12 November 2020.
