Notice is hereby given by Hamish Thomas Frank Dobbie, director of the Company, c/o Kenneth Wilson Pattullo & Yianis Koumettou of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2nd Floor, Excel House 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL the following proposed decisions of the Creditors of the Company. These decisions are to be made by the deemed consent procedure and will be deemed approved unless sufficient objections are received by 23.59 on 27 October 2020 (”the decision date”). Decisions being proposed are: (1) That the Creditors confirm the nomination of the Liquidator appointed by the members as Liquidator of the Company listed below; (2) Where two or more Liquidators are appointed, in accordance with section 231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that any acts can be done by any one or more of them; and (3) That a Liquidation Committee will not be established unless sufficient valid nominations are received by the convenor, in writing, by the decision date. The nominated Liquidators, who have confirmed their qualifications to act and consent to do so, are as follows: Yianis Koumettou and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo (IP Nos. 015676 and 008368) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street Edinburgh, EH3 8BL. A resolution to wind up the Company will be considered by shareholders on 27 October 2020. If the members fail to complete the formal appointment as stated above the appointment will be formalised at any agreed later adjournment.
