This notice is given by Punter Southall Aspire Pension Trust Company Limited (the Trustee) in its capacity as trustee of the following pension trust (the Scheme):

Aspire Savings Trust and which was formerly known as the “Punter Southall Aspire Master Trust”. The Trustee has already written to all members and beneficiaries currently receiving benefits or with a known entitlement to future benefits under the Scheme.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in any of the above Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 16 December 2020 of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, date of birth) to the below address marked for the attention of the Trustee:

The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements it has notice, and will not be liable to any other person.

Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee will already have details of their claims and entitlements.
