TAKE NOTICE that a petition for an order that Anandarko Holding LTD whose registered office is situated at Western Management Services Ltd, Charlotte House, 1st Floor, Charlotte St., Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas (the "Company") be put into liquidation and wound up in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act has been presented to the Supreme Court of The Bahamas.

The petition was presented by Richard Fleming, Mark Firmin, Ben Cairns and Carl Bowles the joint liquidators of Joannou & Paraskevaides (Overseas) Ltd (in liquidation) (“JPOL”) pursuant to an Order dated 24th October 2018 of the Royal Court of Guernsey, c/o Alvarez & Marsal, Park House, 16-18 Finsbury Circus, London, England EC2M 7EB, United Kingdom (tel: 44 207 863 4727). AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the hearing of the petition will take place on 9 November 2020 at the Supreme Court, Nassau, The Bahamas before Her Ladyship, Justice Indra Charles at 11:00 a.m. and that any creditor or shareholder of the Company may be heard on the petition provided that he has given three (3) days’ notice to the petitioner's counsel and attorneys.
