NOTICE is hereby given that in a Petition by SHETTLESTON HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED craving the Court to order the name of UPKEEP RECYCLING, a Company incorporated in Scotland under registered number SC475038 and having its registered office at Helen McGregor House, 65 Pettigrew Street, Glasgow, G32 7XR, to be restored to the Register of Companies, Sheriff Reid of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 18 September 2020 inter alia ordered any person wishing to object to the crave of the Petition to lodge answers to the Petition within eight days of the date of advertisement of this Notice with Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA.
