CARGO SERVICE CENTER (UK) LTD PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

AND

SWISSPORT (LEGACY) PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustees of the Cargo Service Center (UK) Ltd Pension and Life Assurance Scheme and the Trustees of the Swissport (Legacy) Pension Scheme (together the “Schemes”) intend to finalise the winding up of the Schemes and make a distribution of any final assets remaining.

The Trustees of the Schemes believe they have the names of everyone who had a right to benefits. However, if you think you have an entitlement under either of the Schemes and have not already been contacted by the Trustees in relation to this or in relation to the transfer of your pension rights to the Swissport GB Pension Scheme, the Aviva Master Trust and/or your Swissport Group Personal Pension Plan (administered by Aviva), please write to:

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when they were members of the relevant Scheme or details of the basis of their claim.

Your claim must arrive on or before 13 December 2020. Late claims may not be accepted.

As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice on 13 December 2020, the Trustees will complete the winding up of the Schemes, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice.
