Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21/05/2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25/08/2020, I, YASEMIN SUHEYLA CAPLI, Buttermere Ward, Edenfield Centre, Prestwich Hospital Bury New Road Preswich Manchester M25 3BL, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of MONIQUE RENEE CAPLI and assumed the name of YASEMIN SUHEYLA CAPLI.
