Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Administrators of the above-named Company (the 'conveners') are seeking a decision from creditors on approval of the proposals, pre-administration costs, administrators post appointment costs and discharge of liability by way of correspondence.
